REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds are processed according to the Policies listed below. We reserve the right to change our refund policy at any time.

Events

Events are Fully Refundable Before the Start of the Event or within 30 days of the conclusion of the event if you are dissatisfied with the event. 100% of the money paid for the event will be refunded to you within 3 business days of your request for refund.

Events are including but are not limited to Online Workshops, In Person and Remote Fire Ceremonies (Havan), Special Prayers and Birthday Special Prayers.

You must submit all refund requests in writing via email to connect@divineconnection.com.

 

Memberships

All Membership Fees are refundable up to 30 days after last payment is made. All refund requests are paid within 3 business days.

Memberships auto-renew until we are notified in writing via email at connect@divineconnection.com.

 

CANCELLATION

Memberships can be cancelled at any time. Mid-cycle cancellations will be pro-rated and the unused portion will be credited back to the original method of payment.

Events are cancellable and fully refundable before the start of the event.
